This weekend, Propeller Black Stout with Nitrogen is taking over the iconic The Old Triangle Irish Alehouse in downtown Halifax.

We’re pouring $7 pints of Black Stout all weekend long, with The Plugs hitting the stage Friday AND Saturday night.

Nitro pours. Live music. $7 pints. One of Halifax’s favourite pubs.

1,100+ pounds. Less than five hours. One stretch of Nova Scotia shoreline a whole lot cleaner. 🌊

We recently joined a group of friends and partners alongside the incredible team at Scotian Shores for a cleanup along the shores of McNabs Island.

In just under five hours, the group collected more than 1,100 pounds of debris and garbage from the shoreline — a pretty powerful reminder of just how much work there is to be done, and how much can happen when people show up to help.

After the cleanup, everyone came together at the Royal Canadian Yacht Squadron to share some food, drinks and celebrate a day well spent.

A huge thank you to Scotian Shores and Wink Curated Experiences for bringing this unforgettable day together, and to everyone who rolled up their sleeves and got to work.

Scotian Shores does incredible work protecting and cleaning Nova Scotia’s coastlines, and there are plenty of ways to get involved. Head to their website or follow them to learn more, volunteer for an upcoming cleanup, or find out how you can support what they do.

There’s a lot of coastline out there. Many hands make a difference. 💙🌊
