On September 10th, I received an invitation from Krista Gallagher, MLA for Halifax Chebucto, to attend Province House. She reached out to let me know that East Coast Bakery would be recognized in a Member Statement during the upcoming legislative session.
I’m rarely at a loss for words, but that day was truly emotional for me. Standing there, all I could think about was my incredible team, the passion we put into our products, and the unwavering support of our customers who made this possible.
