Kuya Limpia: This very gentle practice of Kuya Limpia shamanic stone massage is a way to clear heavy energy from the body, leaving the recipient feeling lighter and more calm.
Decoupling Fight or Flight Process: I’ll also teach you a magical storytelling process for bringing clients into a deeper state of relaxation, healing and connection.
The whole afternoon will be held in sacred space.
