Bill Spurr has written hundreds of reviews on HRM restaurants over the years. Bill’s 2008 Chronicle Herald review of The Brooklyn Warehouse was a game changer in terms of the restaurant’s publicity. Things really took off after that.

George and Bill had many conversations over the years about the ups and downs of the industry. Thanks to Bill for his continued support of the food & beverage operators in our region.
