We're looking for someone to take over Pickled Pink. Pink has been a beloved sauerkraut & one-of-a-kind sweet and fizzy kombucha business and has been a staple and top-seller at Halifax Brewery Farmers’ Market since 2011. This is a real chance to grow into retail or multiple markets.

All branding is done. All permits and testing have been done. Pink's returning customers are loyal, with 40-50% new credit card customers every Saturday. We've been tracking sales with Square since 2020, and can see the continuing growth.

We are currently working very part-time and have great return for our hours.
