🍡💗 A little Honey’s Mochi update…

After lots of mochi-making, market days, late nights in the kitchen, and so many wonderful customers, Honey’s Mochi is saying goodbye to Halifax.

I’m moving to a new city, which means this chapter is coming to an end. 🥹

What started as a hobby somehow turned into people coming back for their favourites, travelling for mochi, sending me the sweetest messages, and trusting me with their special events. I genuinely never expected any of this. 💗

Thank you to everyone who ordered, shared, came to the markets, or supported Honey’s Mochi in any way. You’ve made this little business so much more special than I ever imagined.

As for what happens next… we’ll see 👀 Maybe Honey’s Mochi will make its way to the big city, maybe it won’t. For now, I’m just excited to see where life takes me.

I’m still smiling after such an amazing day at Sakura Market. Thank you to everyone who came by my table, said hello, tried my mochi, came back for more, or simply stopped to support my little business. It truly means the world to me.

A huge thank you to Halifax Japanese Culture Collective for organizing such a wonderful event and creating a space to celebrate Japanese culture and local makers. 🎋

And of course, thank you to my friends and family who helped behind the scenes. I couldn’t have done it without you. 💕

White Peach Oolong is back for the summer, one of our most beloved and seasonal flavours.

Delicate oolong cream paired with a juicy fresh white peach filling, wrapped in our signature soft mochi. Light, fragrant, and perfectly balanced.

This one is only available during the summer because nothing compares to a perfectly ripe white peach 🍑
