Meet the Chef:
Chef Brian has been cooking since 2002 when he started his first job at Montana’s in high school. He graduated from George Brown Culinary School in 2012 and obtained his Red Seal Certification in Cooking. Brian went on to explore exciting cooking jobs around the GTA including Alice Fazooli’s, The Keg, and The Nottawasaga Inn. His fine dining experience includes JACs Bistro and Seasons in Oakville. Chef Brian has experimented with recipes from Italy, France, India, China and many more.
When he married Laura – who has Celiac disease, he began looking for gluten-free options and discovered how few were really out there! Over the years, Chef Brian has found ways to make Laura’s favourite foods gluten free and now wants to share them with you!
