Tacos and Tequila is now on! Today and tomorrow noon to 9 pm! The event is at 92 Barton St E and with the main entrance on Catherine St and smaller entrance is on John St.

A nice variety of food options and a large bar area for all your drinks. There’s a stage with music and a dance floor. There is also a kids fun zone.

The weather is sunny and pleasant which is perfect for tacos, tequila and hot sauce!

Don’t forget you can bring your good and drinks over to our tent and we’ll spice them up with free samples!

This kind of event is right in the sweet spot for us! Our sauces are great for both tacos and tequila!

Hot Date, Rousay Red #5, Pollo Y Pescado and Wildfire are perfect for tacos.

Devil’s Punch (strawberry pineapple), Molten Mango (mangos and persimmons) and Nikola’s Electric Elixir (ginger) are perfect for margaritas and other beverages!

Come by and sample all of our sauces and snacks. We’ve got something for everyone!

It figures the first market of the year Val can attend and it’s cold and rainy all day!

We definitely have some hardcore vendors coming out and making the most of it. Just need it to dry up for an hour or two for the customers to come out!

We’re here until two or until thunder/lightning. As always free samples of all of our products!

We are back at our home base at the Ottawa Street Farmers' Market for the next two weeks (May 16 and 23). And we finally have a good batch of Nikola’s Electric Elixir in stock!

For some reason the first batch of Nikola in our new kitchen was not quite up to s***f but we were so low on other products it had to wait a few weeks before we could redo it.

Nikola’s Electric Elixir is a ginger-turmeric hot sauce made with scotch bonnet peppers. You have to like ginger if you want to try this sauce because it’s all ginger flavour!

Great for stir fry, curry, chicken, lamb and beef and especially meat pies with those meats! My favourite thing is to put a few dashes in a bowl of soup to pep it up!

Come by the market Saturday and try free samples of all of our products! Were there 8 am to 2 pm!

It’s National Caesar Day here in Canada! At home we make “simple Caesars”: Rimmer (sometimes we make with our Evelyn’s Killer BBQ Rub), limes for ri***ng the glass and for juice, vodka, black pepper and Worcestershire sauce. We go for the basics not the fancy garnishes.

For the perfect flavour and heat boost we add a healthy dose of our tomato based all purpose hot sauce Rousay Red #5!

If you truly want to do this Hammer style then pick up a bottle of vodka from our friends Hamilton Distillery Co.!

If you want to try this delicious drink head to Lotos Sports Bar & Event Hall! They have the Rousay Red and they dress it up nicely! And do forget to try their amazing wings and wood oven pizzas!

Big game tonight Sabres and Habs! Buffalo is giving up too many power plays!

For dinner we had home made fries and Buffalo chicken strips.

The chicken was double breaded: dipped in flour, egg, bread crumbs, more egg and panko crumbs. Deep fried for 50 seconds then baked for 15 minutes. Doused in “Buffalo Bound” wing sauce! Turned out crispy and amazing!

Just need the Sabres to pull off the win tonight!🦬🥅🏒

This Saturday May 9th we are close to home! We’ll be at the @ Mother’s Day Blossom Market! The event is from 10 am to 3 pm and is located at 1186 Hwy 8 in Winona.

Lots of great vendors, food and fun things for the kids. And there is also a gift basket give away!

Happy Cinco de Mayo!

Double bonus: it’s on Taco Tuesday!

We celebrated with chicken and steak tacos. A bit of Evelyn’s Killer BBQ Rub, lime juice, salt, garlic and onions in each skillet for that nice Tex-Mex taste.

Cheese, lettuce, onions, tomatoes and our all purpose Rousay Red #5 to top them.

Saturday May 2nd from 2-7 pm is ’s inaugural Hess Village Market! So many vendors! Our booth is going to be located at the intersection of Hess St and George St right in the middle of the market!

It will be a great opportunity to come and check out all the various vendors and to sample our products!

We have been proudly making our sauces and snacks since 2021 and each product tells a story about our great city!

It’s ON! The Chatham Kent Hot Sauce Expo is live! Now until 4 pm at the @! A dozen artisan hot sauce makers from across Southern Ontario! You are guaranteed to find something you like!

We brought the snacks! Our world famous Heat From Above Fiery Cheese bites, Battlefield Trail Mix and our hot and HOT AF Haida chips! You’ll need a drink to cool off after tackling Haida!
