We are asking our community to help Cucina Fresca take the next step.

Since opening fully in 2020, we have built an operating artisan food-production business in Stoney Creek around restaurant-quality, home-style foods, clean ingredients, consistent production, and strong customer relationships.

Demand is growing, but our small team and current equipment limit how much we can produce. We have launched a $75,000 CAD GoFundMe to add a high-impact production or packaging asset, rebuild steady staffing, purchase working inventory, and serve more customers without compromising quality or food safety.

Cucina Fresca is already operating. This campaign will help us turn real demand into sustainable Canadian food-production capacity.
