Sometimes, it's the smallest details that make the biggest difference.

A solid steel handle gives heat a direct path from the firebox to your hand. By using a spring-coiled handle instead, we've introduced air gaps and a longer path for that heat to travel. Since air is a poor conductor of heat, the handle transfers heat more slowly, making it more comfortable to use while tending your fire.
