Crafted by you at a fraction of the cost of retail! Brew Time helps you discover the PERFECT w**e for you. In selecting your choice whether you choose to vint your w**e in your home or on our premises, there is nothing more important than starting off on the right note and with the best ingredients. Certified w**e maker and owner Victor Van Beek and the trained and efficient staff at Brew Time is committed to help you make the best tasting w**e using the finest juices, supplies and accessories from the top producing supplier Winexpert. Even with B**r, you prefer 'you brew' b**r but are short on time, just call Brew time and we will start it for you at no extra cost. Our wort license allows us to “cook” the preservative- free unfermented b**r or 'wort' for you. You just have to drop by to 'pitch' the yeast as per the tradition, and return 2-3 weeks later to bottle your cold filtered, ready to drink brew. We have on hand a choice of over 100 b**rs, including full grain mash and honey brews. We are different because of these reasons:

A w**e-based twist on the classic!🍋‍🟩😋

Ingredients:
5 oz En Primeur Winery Series South Africa Sauvignon Blanc
Fresh mint
½ oz lime juice
½ oz simple syrup
Sparkling water

Instructions:
1. Muddle mint with lime and syrup
2. Add ice and w**e, then top with sparkling water

Pairs well with: Grilled shrimp and seasonal vegetables.
