We’ve also switched to a new platform for our workshop sign-ups moving away from Eventbrite, so don’t be alarmed if the page looks different.

In our whole animal workshops, you get to level up your butchery skills by learning traditional butchery techniques and methods under the experienced instruction of butcher Jamie Waldron in our shop on Barton St E in Hamilton, ON.

Skipping turkey and ham for your holiday protein?
People do it and there is no judgement because there are so many good options to choose from.
Popular items we’ve seen from past years include:
- dry aged prime rib roast
- top sirloin beef roast
- beef tenderloin roast
- dry aged rack of pork roast
- leg of lamb (bone-in or out)
- rack of lamb
+ a few other items like duck or chicken

If you have something different in mind, let us know and we can make it happen for you — probably. Depends how outside of the box you are thinking.

These are in limited supply so get those orders in to secure yours. 🙂

Here are those turkey guidelines again!
• 13-15 lb (8-12 people)
• 17-22 lb (10-15 people)
