Last month, a poster got more attention than the beer.

After two weeks of self taught graphic design, I hope this one is a little easier on the eyes.

But this Sunday isn’t about the poster. It’s about community. Sunday June 28th Aquanova Surge Market is back with another amazing group of local vendors, creators, makers, and small businesses. We hit a massive milestone last month, and while we celebrated quietly on May 25th, you know we couldn’t let our 1-Year Anniversary pass without a proper party! 🥂✨

To say thank you for an incredible first year, we’re throwing a celebration, and you are all invited.

A massive shoutout to my good friend Kevin at Aquanova Brewery for holding down the venue and making this night possible! 🙏🍻

Over the past week, we somehow found ourselves back in the spotlight over a few rather unexpected things.

What can I say?

I respect everyone’s right to their opinions, and I respect everyone’s choice to like us, dislike us, or simply move on. My choice is a little different. I choose to keep brewing. Keep creating. Keep launching new beers.

At the end of the day, I’d rather spend my time working on the next recipe than arguing online. I’d rather focus on the people who support us and the community we’re building together.

And speaking of good news… Several new beers are officially entering the release schedule and will be hitting the menu soon. Whether you’re into crisp lagers, hop bombs, or some of the weird experiments we keep talking ourselves into brewing, there’s plenty to look forward to.

Please stay close with Aquanova’s drinks and lifestyle, not that damn poster. Somehow it’s getting more attention than the 40+ drinks sitting in our fridge.

🐾🍻 Event Recap: DRDR Beer Launch

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by the Paws on the Ground vendor booth at Aquanova Brewing Co. this weekend in support of Death Row Dog Rescue!

Thanks to your generosity, we raised $200, with 100% of proceeds donated directly to DRDR to help continue their lifesaving mission. ❤️🐶

This event came at a perfect time, as DRDR recently welcomed 61 dogs from a shelter in Texas that arrived safely on Saturday. These incredible volunteers work tirelessly to save dogs from high-kill facilities and find them loving foster and adoptive homes here in Ontario.

While 61 dogs made the journey to safety, two Huskies remain in Texas and are still urgently looking for foster or adoptive families so they can make their freedom ride north. If you’ve ever considered fostering or adopting, now is the time to help make a difference. Let me know if you are interested and I can help facilitate introductions!

A special thank you to Aaron from PawsOtg for capturing the event and doubling as both our dog trainer and photographer / videographer ( ), and to Aquanova Brewing Co. and Death Row Dog Rescue for hosting such a fantastic community event.
