WE’RE HIRING LINE COOKS!

Ward One Smokehouse & Brewery is growing, and we’re looking for experienced line cooks to join our team.
• Starting at $20/hr, based on experience
• Part-time & full-time positions available
• Open Wednesday–Sunday
• Latest closes are 9–10pm
• Located 5 minutes north of Guelph / 5 minutes south of Fergus
• Reliable transportation is required

There’s a lot happening at Ward One, with even more ahead:
• Expanding BBQ program
• Upcoming brewing program
• Hot sauce production
• Catering
• Markets, events & festivals

You’ll also have the opportunity to work with some great equipment, including Southern Pride smokers, Rational ovens and more.

Holayyyy!!! That's some progress. March29-April8 Just over a week!!!
You can tell it's the same xl-ghost plant (centre) as Wally the kitty took a nibble into the leaf when they were smaller.
Hard to see , but there are pepper flowers starting on the Orange- Ghost/Scorpions.
That being said, you would like to see more side shoots right now, but there isn't the horizontal room to really get the light down there.
Over the moon happy with the results.
This year we selected the plants showing the most vigour. That, couple with an amazing new seedling mix, derived from Purveyor Of Fire 's seedlings mix.
I was away for a week and the biggest thank you to Annie Hurren for keeping up on the watering and caring for these little hot sauces in progress.
