Lazy J Ranch We own and operate a 400 head commercial cow calf operation located in Southwestern Manitoba. Hello and welcome to our page.

We have created this page to keep you in touch with what we are doing on our farm and also as another way of communication. Rammer Charolais is a division of Lazy J Ranch which is owned and operated by Matthew and Sarah Ramsey along with their children, Claire, Myra and Emily. We farm around 1000 acres of grain land and have a 400 head commercial cow/calf operation. We are passionate about cattle

and believe that this will show with the quality of cattle we provide for you. We are striving to produce angular females with maintenance free udders, good feet and calm dispositions. We are proud to be purebred Charolais breeders in Western Manitoba and our goal is to produce bulls that will add performance, growth and consistency to your herds. Nothing gets to stay in our bull pen that we wouldn’t use in our own herd. Our bulls are not pushed, they are fed a high forage ration and developed slowly so they will work for you for years to come. Give us a call to discuss your herd needs, I am confident we will have something for you. We welcome on farm inspections of the bull pen anytime, the coffee is always on!
