Uphill Shorthorns Here at Uphill Shorthorns we strive to be a leader in producing high quality shorthorn genetices with emphasis on fertility, fleshing ability, & structure.

Uphill Shorthorns is a purebred shorthorn operation located one hour NW of Brandon, MB. or 1/2 hour south of the Yellowhead (PTH 16). We strive to produce sound, productive cattle with emphasis on fleshing ability, fertility and sound feet and legs. We use high quality bulls and are always searching to improve our bull battery with the very best we can find and afford. We run a herd of 30 females.

They are moderately framed females with sound udders and feminine build without sacrificing fleshing ability and thick structure. We sell females @ the Shorthorn Alliance Sale in Saskatoon every December as well as a consignment in the CWA sell whenever we are attending. We regularly consign bulls to the Douglas Bull Development Centre as well as selling a few bulls out of the yard.
