Microgreens and why you should be eating them.
Microgreens are seedlings of edible vegetable and herbs that are usually harvested before the true leaf stage. Microgreens should not be confused with sprouts which don’t have leaves.
Microgreens are high in antioxidants they have a denser nutrient content than their adult counterparts. one example is Broccoli which is 40 times more dense. Microgreens also have high amounts of vitamins and minerals notably Potassium,Iron,Zinc, Magnesium and Copper.
