Don’t have time to use all your tomatoes now? That’s OK simply bag them up and freeze them then when you’re ready and have time, take them out of the freezer and prep them. Note you do not have to de-skin them the skins will fall off perfectly easy and fine once they thaw out.

I will be at the Wellington North Farmers' Market, Mount Forest this Saturday (August 29th) where you can learn about making pickles and I will have a selection of canning items for sale. Make sure to come by for the Pickle Making Information & Demonstration. Children get to make a jar of pickles to take home, while supplies last.
