Recipe: CRUSTED SALMON

1 cup mayonnaise
1 packet French Onion Baked Dip Mix
1 Tbsp. Oh! So Garlic
½ cup panko crumbs
6 salmon fillets (approximately .12 kg each)
½ cup potato chips, crushed
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Oil spray

Preheat oven to 425°F. In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, French Onion Baked Dip Mix, Oh! So Garlic and panko crumbs. Place salmon skin-side-down on a foil-lined baking sheet. Spread mayonnaise mixture over the top of salmon. In medium bowl, combine crushed chips and Parmesan cheese; press into salmon. Lightly spray or brush tops with olive oil. Bake salmon until internal temperature reaches 145°F on an instant-read food thermometer, about 10-15 minutes.

Serve wiith of your choice and enjoy!
