We did one last exciting thing here recently and went out and struck a deal with Nolan Vandersluis for ownership of Royal Reserve. He’s going to be hitting the show ring this year at Western Agribition shown by Brynn and Nolan, then calling Hardisty, AB home after that. Best of luck on the show circuit this year Gomer!

Millbrook Maxim MX 11J was a new purchase last year at the Best of the West shorthorn sale. Bred by Millbrook Farm out of Brome, QC. We are really excited about this guy and his calves are already starting to hit the ground. They’re flashy and sassy and we’re looking forward to watching these guys grow on they’re mothers.

H Bar D Blue Jeans 12F. Also know as Wawota around here. We purchased back in 2020 at the Sun Country Shorthorn Sale in MooseJaw,SK. Previously owned by Lamontagne Holdings Ltd and bred by Horseshoe Creek Farms Ltd. He’s been knocking out everything from roan, red to white with lots of depth, length and for the most part no assistance needed. He also crossed very well on our commercial red angus.
