Hey BBQ lovers of Carleton County, we’re cooking up something extra special for this Father’s Day!

We had such a great time returning to Downriver Beverage Co. this past weekend, that we decided this year’s Fathers Day feast will be a collaboration! This meal will be available for dining in, or taking home, and available only by pre-order.

All of the BBQ you love is going to be smoked up, and infused with all of your favourite Downriver Beverage Co. Spirits!

The meal will include:

(1.75-2.25lb) Dinosaur” Beef Short Rib, smoked in a sticky dark BBQ, infused with Caramel and Sea Salt Whiskey

1.5 lbs Brined, smoked, and breaded chicken wings, tossed in a spicy Apple Crumble Whiskey BBQ sauce

1 lb of Slow smoked pulled pork, tossed in Downriver Corn Whiskey BBQ sauce

1 family size coleslaw

1.5 lb traditional Mac n cheese

1 family size order of our hand cut French fries

Gluten Free double chocolate Brownies for dessert, with Peppermint Patrick crème anglaise

(Feeds 4-5 people) $125 per meal

This meal is available for pickup this Sunday only, at Downriver Beverage Co. from 12:00-5:00pm and must be pre-ordered!

Day 2 at Downriver Beverage Co. Today! We are smoking up a storm today from 12:00-8:00, so come on down and get it! This weekend only we have brought back our original Downriver Whisky BBQ sauce for a special!

Smoked meatballs (pork, beef, and smoked cheddar) bbq’d and served in Whisky bbq sauce!

We are back at it folks! Smoke Road BBQ is parked at Downriver Beverage Co. For the whole weekend! Come on down, because whiskey and BBQ go hand in hand! We’ll see serving tonight till 8:00, Saturday 12-8, and Sunday 12-6:30!

Well BBQ fam, we have been on a little bit of a hiatus recently, ever since the ol’ truck broke down on the way home from our cross province trip. Well… she’s still waiting for a new motor… but with a little help from a heavy tow, we are getting back at it this weekend!

No matter which corner of the province we visit, we run into folks with the same question. “When are you going to be back at the moonshine distillery?” Well, we finally have an answer! This weekend, we are SUPER excited to be partnering up with Downriver Beverage Co. And parking the truck back where it all started for a triple header!

We will be open at the distillery :

Friday, June 12 4:00-8:00pm

Saturday, June 13 12:00-8:00pm

Sunday, June 14 12:00-6:30pm with live music from 1-3 by Steve Hartfield!

This is weekend more than ever, our small business needs the support of all of our amazing Carleton County regulars, so please pray for good weather, and come on out to enjoy your favourite bbq on the beautiful patio!

Holy 💩 Dalhousie, you showed up! We want to say a great big thank you to everyone that came out, and especially to Heron Bay Brewing for hosting us! To everyone who arrived after we sold out, we apologize, and promise to bring much more of our home-smoked BBQ next time we visit!

After a bumpy start to the day, Smoke Road BBQ has rolled into Dalhousie! We will be parked at Heron Bay Brewing today from 12:00-7:00pm, spreading the BBQ love to every corner of this province!

It’s Smoke Road BBQ’s inaugural visit to Atholville today! We will be set up at Kent from 12-4:30 for public, followed by a private event this evening! We can’t wait to serve our mouth watering home-smoked BBQ to all of our new guests!
