Hello folks! Due to our team moving down to the Night Market for Harvey Community Days, our distillery will be closed today, Friday, August 7th, 2026. We hope to see you down by the lakeshore!

Happy Birthday to the man behind the stills, the stories, and most of the ideas that keep us on our toes!
People keep asking about "Freedom 55," but we all know that's not happening around here. Trent's still got more booze to make, recipes to perfect, and probably another project already in the works😉
