What a beautiful day for farmer's markets! Not too hot, not raining - just right. 😊

We've got vibrant pink oysters, beautiful white and blue oysters, fresh and fuzzy Lion's Mane, and YES - we have chestnuts this week! We've been selling out of them quickly so make sure to stop in this morning if you're looking for chestnuts!

Pink oyster mushrooms growing in our planters!?

We filled the bottom of our planters with spent mushroom blocks to take up space before putting in soil. And now Pink oysters are fruiting alongside the flowers! Never would have guessed these old blocks would continue fruiting but Pink Oyster mycelium is very tenacious!

If you ever want to try your hand at growing a 'mushroom patch' in your yard, we do sell our spent grow blocks! 😁

Our second grow room is officially on for the summer! You can stop in and see how mushrooms grow through our in-store viewing window 🍄😊

Our summer store hours are Thursday & Friday - 11am to 5pm

We get asked this a lot! Mushrooms themselves are naturally gluten free, but here's what you should know about how ours are grown:

🍄‍🟫 Our substrate contains hardwood, soy hulls, and oats
🍄‍🟫 All substrate is fully removed before packaging
🍄‍🟫 Our commercial kitchen and processing area are gluten-free spaces
🍄‍🟫 Our mushrooms are grown in an extremely clean environment - and if you want extra peace of mind, a quick wash before cooking works too!
🍄‍🟫Our powdered mushrooms products (Lion's Mane Extract & seasoning powders) are 100% mushroom - no substrate, mycelium, grains, or fillers!

Our hours are changing for summer! The shop will be open Thursdays and Fridays from 11am to 5pm.
