It all began with generations of family meals where farm-fresh, wholesome pork would always make its way to the table. Long, hard days working Ontario fields gave our farmers pride in the land, and in the hogs they raised. Our founders knew that if they worked together, they could share the pork that their families loved with the rest of the world. That dream to share our premium pork continues to

inspire us. We care about every part of the process, from the grains we grow to feed our hogs, to the quality of the meat we serve. Every farm is family-owned and operated and has been producing pork for decades. Today we bring the same care we’ve always had to everything we do. We're Hiring: Health, Safety & Wellness Auditor

At Conestoga Meats, we're committed to creating a workplace where safety, wellness, and continuous improvement are part of everything we do. We're looking for a Health, Safety & Wellness Auditor to help strengthen our safety culture and support our team members every day.

What You'll Do:
🛡️ Conduct health and safety audits and inspections
📋 Monitor compliance and identify improvement opportunities
❤️ Support health, safety, and wellness initiatives
🤝 Engage team members and promote a positive safety culture
📈 Track corrective actions and drive continuous improvement

Qualifications & Skills:
🎓 Post-secondary education in a related field (OHS certification is an asset)
📚 Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety legislation and regulations
🔎 Experience with audits, inspections, or compliance programs
💻 Strong Microsoft Office and organizational skills
🗣️ Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
