If it’s International (or National) Chardonnay day, does it have to be limited to “still” wine? I think not. So Jason from Barebones, new Hinterlander Liam and I enjoyed our stellar 2020 Blanc de Blancs Method Traditional, made with 100% estate Chardonnay. The topics discussed were too riveting to limit to one reel. I think the whole point of enjoying wine is to share it while conversing with friends. I promise more excerpts from today’s Chardonnay chat to come.
