🎤 DAN ALLAIRE
Dan is a seasoned comedian and storyteller, a regular at Yuk Yuk’s and a veteran of comedy festivals across Canada. He’s performed everywhere from Toronto, Ottawa and Halifax to theatres, pubs, breweries and wineries. Basically, he’s been making people laugh in places where they probably should’ve been paying attention.

🎤 HUNTER COLLINS
Montreal-born and bilingual, Hunter has performed at JFL42, the Halifax Comedy Festival, Zoofest and the Edinburgh Fringe, among plenty of others. You may also have seen him on CBC’s The Debaters or Discovery Channel’s Disasters at Sea. He’s hosted the Canadian Comedy Awards and his latest comedy album debuted at #1 on the iTunes comedy charts. So yes, he has receipts.

Together with our family’s winery, Dave Gillingham to share beautiful sunflowers straight from our fields, planted with love by our friend and local farmer, Gary Parks.

Pick up a bunch, brighten your table, make someone’s day — and help us support our local food banks.

There’s nothing quite like the simple perfection of a great lager. Crisp, clean that hits smooth and refreshing.

This weekend we welcomed back, Sail The Starlight. This crisp golden Lager pays homage to traditional Bavarian brewing, with a smooth malty backbone and a clean, dry finish that makes Helles a forever favourite. But we gave it the lightest nudge with Azacca hops — not a tropical takeover, just a soft brush of citrus peel and the faintest whisper of fruit if you’re paying close attention. It’s still all about balance, but with a barely-there twist that keeps things interesting. Medium-bodied and endlessly drinkable. Lager purists might raise a brow…right before ordering another.
