Your platter, my graze!
This beauty started with a platter supplied by the customer with one request: brunch please!

Croissants, fresh berries and fruit, cheeses, charcuterie, eggs, little cinnamon rolls and a few very important extras like fig jam, whipped chive cream cheese and brown butter honey. Easy-going yet elegant, and a little bit decadent- exactly what brunch should be.

This sweet graze was headed to a “dress like you did in high school” party, Millennial edition, so the snacks had to understand the assignment too!
Gummy rings, sour worms, goldfish crackers, Oreos, teddy grahams, Rice Krispie treats, and a bunch of other sweet snacks tucked in there for good measure.
Whether you were in high school in the 70s, 80s, 90s, 2000s, or beyond, what snack instantly takes you back to your younger days?

Before the snacks there’s a lot of planning, and a LOT of sticky notes!
An Elevated Grazing Table doesn’t actually start with the food, it starts with a vision, and then a plan. Before event day, I do a dry run setup in my workspace, mapping out boards, bowls, risers, and deciding what will go where. I tweak elements to make sure the height, spacing and flow is going to be just right. And then come the sticky notes! This gives me a roadmap for event day so my setup can be efficient and as quick as possible.
Does everything end up exactly where I planned it to? Absolutely not! But that’s part of the creative fun of bringing a table together 🧡

A special order Sweet & Salty grazing box for a crowd, this one was absolutely packed with cookies, chocolate, candy, pretzels, nuts, salty bites and sweet treats.

A little something for cocktail hour! 🥂🥃🍷🍹🍸🍻

This three-board Grounded Grazing Table was waiting for guests to dig into on their return from the outdoor ceremony.

Cocktail hour is a perfect place for a grazing table, guests can mingle, grab a little of whatever catches their eye, go back for another bite (or three), and there’s something for everyone.

Also, I have to give a little love to The Brule Hall! I’ve had the pleasure of setting up there a few times now and it is SUCH a beautiful space for a celebration, in a spectacular mountain setting.

Sometimes you just need S’more!

This custom box was such a fun one to put together, everything needed for some legendary s’mores, with plenty of options for mixing, matching, dipping and creating your own masterpiece.

One of my favourite things is when someone comes to me with an idea that’s a little outside the usual Mountain Grazing menu and asks “do you think you could make something like this?”. I’m definitely going to give it my best shot!
