Many of our loyal customers opt for the farm harvest option. This method is completely stress free for the animal which equates the highest quality, ethically sourced meat. We have a small closed herd, ensuring optimal health of the animals and never a need for antibiotics. Ranch raised, grass fed bison is as lean and nutrient dense as wild game without a “gamey” taste.

We offer three year old bulls, averaging 5️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ lbs on the rail for 4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ and two year old heifers, averaging 4️⃣0️⃣0️⃣lbs on the rail for 3️⃣0️⃣0️⃣0️⃣. Late summer and fall months are optimal harvest times, after grazing rich summer grasses the meat is at its prime.
