Hazel Grove Sugar Shack We started tapping the Maple trees in our back yard in the spring 2013. We started out tapping only 50 trees and have expanded each year since.

Purchase our PEI Maple syrup at Deep Roots Distillery, the Charlottetown Farmers Market every Saturday (Deep Roots Distillery booth) or online, https://www.deeprootsdistillery.com/maple-syrup Spring of 2017 we had over 400 trees tapped, and now this year in 2022 we tapped over 700 trees!
