Congratulations to Lindy and John! Emma and I did a 3 board charcuterie spread at the beautiful Hillside Farms yesterday evening. Super happy with how everything turned out. A big thanks to for the meats, cheeses and everything in between! He has a 10 year aged cheddar and a mortadella that are to die for, definitely worth a trip.

I was fortunate enough last Friday to cater for and their annual AGM. Under ‘s tutelage it was a great night with lots of great food! Pictured here are my new cheesecake shooters, the flavour is Coconut key lime.

Hi all, the first batch of 2022 is finally here! The first flavour is Orange Honey Pistachio. In this flavour I have made a honey oat crust, filled with roasted pistachio filling, topped with orange syrup from freshly squeezed oranges. Next is the Honey Blueberry. This flavour has a honey oat crust as well, next is a layer of blueberry compote, filled with deliciously light filling then fished with a dollop of compote.

Hello all, Here is my flavor list for this upcoming Summer season. Very excited to start producing again, my first batches will be available for purchase during the May long weekend. If you have a flavor in mind that you would like to see in the future let me know! I am also open to doing custom flavors for events, birthdays, etc. with a minimum batch size required.
