Okay, Martin did NOT mess around with this package. 🌶️😂
Now that you’ve heard the story behind Wild Brine Muskoka, let’s talk about what was actually inside because there is SO much more to these bottles than I could fit into one video!
🌶️ Fermented Fresno Chili & Garlic is the OG that started it all. A fermented, flavour-packed take on that classic buffalo-style heat.
🍅 Muskoka Roja is a fire-roasted tomato and habanero sauce with Mexican-inspired flavours. Tacos, nachos, fish, eggs; this one sounds like an EVERYTHING sauce.
🥢 Korean Heat is a sticky, sweet, mildly spicy fermented wing sauce and BBQ glaze. Apparently people DUNK THEIR FRIES IN IT, which immediately has my attention. 😂
🥒 Dill Verde might be calling my name the loudest. Think salsa verde meets homemade dill pickles. Martin recommends it on burgers, fish, in spicy tartar sauce or even a spicy pickle Caesar. HELLO?!
🥭🌶️ Mango & Lime Armageddon is that innocent-looking tiny bottle that is absolutely NOT innocent. 😂 It’s a limited-edition super hot sauce made with at least 80% Armageddon chili. Martin’s advice for us non-super-hot people? Toothpick. Dip. Try it.
Richard, congratulations on your new assignment. 😂
And I LOVE that Martin’s chilies and produce are custom grown for him right here in Ontario at Spruce Ridge Farms in Rodney. 🇨🇦
You can currently find Wild Brine products locally at The Valley Market in Hanmer, Nickel City Cheese and Lockerby Confectionery, and Martin is looking to connect with even more Greater Sudbury restaurants and retailers!
A HUGE thank you to Martin for putting so much thought and care into this package, and to Debby for making this whole connection happen in the first place. 🫶🏻
Now Sudbury besties which one would you be cracking open first?! 🌶️
