Our head brewer, Seguin, is the heart of the brewery. Known for his lovable, goofy nature, he effortlessly bridges the gap between the front and back of house with a genuine drive for team education and inclusion.

His passion is contagious—whenever a new release drops, we’re all ears to hear the “how” and “why” behind his process.

Beyond the tanks, Seguin has been an incredible mentor, taking Allie under his wing with a level of patience and kindness that has made them our favourite brewery duo.
He brings a refreshing, self-deprecating humour to the table and is dedicated to crafting approachable, high-quality beer without a hint of snobbery.

Whether his “body battery” is at 12% or 120%, Seguin is instrumental to the morale and vibes at Canvas. Working alongside him is a true privilege.
