🔥 A massive milestone for Campfire Ninja! 🔥
Back in September 2023, we had the absolute honor and privilege of being asked by Cowboy Cauldron to ship a Ranch Boss to the legendary Inn at Bay Fortune on Prince Edward Island!
As a Canadian foodie who grew up watching Chef Michael Smith on TV, this was a total "pinch me" moment. 🇨🇦
Of course, a legendary order needed a legendary journey. The Ranch Boss made its trek across the country right in the middle of Hurricane Lee! 🌀 I was incredibly nervous and anxious about the wild weather delaying its arrival, but the stars aligned and everything arrived perfectly safe and sound.
Since then, Campfire Ninja has also shipped out a chuckwagon pot and accessories to Chef Michael and the fire brigade culinary team. The media co-ordinator sent me this amazing video and I was given permission to call my Chuckwagon pot bundle the Chef Michael Smith bundle!

Nick is the brilliant resident chef, naturalist, forager and wild food educator at The Inn at Bay Fortune. Nick crafts his famous signature forest mushroom tea over the fire altar in the chuckwagon pot. He added pheasant back mushrooms and sweet cicely. He shows his passion for landscape literacy and prepares this tea regularly for guests to taste a bit of PEI. He uses whatever mushrooms are available on the land.
