It’s the last long weekend of the summer before the return of routine, school, and all things Fall! Whether you’re excited about this new season or sad to see Summer go, Cheese and Charcuterie is the answer! Here are some ordering options for this coming weekend:

Nosh Boxes include a taste of 5 various cheeses, 2 types of charcuterie, a jelly or chutney, crackers, and other pairings. GF and vegetarian options are available.
Sizes:
$35 Nosh (feeds 2-4)
$55 Nosh (feeds 4-8)
$100 Nosh (feeds 8-12)

Personal Snack plates include a taste of 3 cheeses, one type of charcuterie, crackers and a jelly / chutney. $10/ea

Both Nosh Boxes and Snack Plates are ready for pickup after 11am on Fridays or Saturdays. Please specify in your order.

We also make custom platters on disposable platters, on your boards or on our own live edge boards.

This cheese has one of the most recognizable rinds there is!
Grey Owl is a Canadian surface-ripened goat's milk cheese produced by Fromagerie Le Detour in Notre-Dame-du-Lac, Quebec. It is named after revolutionary conservationist Archibald Belaney, fondly known as Grey Owl for his fascination with Native American culture. This visually tempting cheese is made with non-animal rennet and pasteurised milk. On the outside, the vegetal ash endows the cheese with a wrinkly, dark, slate-coloured and piquant smelling edible rind.

🔥 EMBER – Pinot Noir Shiraz (Australia)
Release Date: November 2026
Profile: Ripe plum and strawberry on the nose, layered with warm spice and a whisper of cracked pepper. Medium-bodied on the palate with juicy fruit, soft tannins, and a long, deeply satisfying finish

🌬️ ARIA – Cabernet Franc (Canada)
Release Date: January 2027
Profile: Bright raspberry and black cherry on the nose with a delicate hint of vanilla. Medium-bodied and precise on the palate, with fresh acidity, gentle tannins, and a finish as cool and clear as the air that shaped it

💧 ACQUA – Pinot Grigio Sauvignon Blanc (Italy)
Release Date: February 2027
Profile: Aromas of crisp green apple, fresh melon, and zesty citrus with a delicate mineral thread. Bright and clean on the palate with lively acidity and a smooth, flowing finish.

TERRE – Cabernet Sauvignon Merlot (France)
Release Date: March 2027
Profile: Dark plum and ripe cherry on the nose, with a warm undercurrent of mocha and subtle oak. Medium-bodied and well-structured on the palate, with smooth tannins and a finish that settles deep and stays.

☀️ SOL – Tempranillo Bobal (Spain)
Release Date: April 2027
Profile: Rich blackberry and ripe prune on the nose, warm with baking spice and a hint of toasted oak. Full-bodied and smooth on the palate, with balanced tannins and a finish that glows long after the last sip.
