💜 The 3-Ingredient Blueberry Dream 💜

The most unexpected blueberry sip... and I am officially OBSESSED. 😱 It looks so simple, but the flavor? Absolute magic. Think creamy, fruity, and refreshing—like a liquid blueberry dessert 🫐

Ingredients;

1 cup blueberry juice
2–3 tbsp coconut milk
1–2 tbsp freeze-dried blueberries
Plenty of ice
👩‍🎤 The Method
Chill Out: Pack a clear glass with heaps of ice.
The Crunch: Toss in a spoonful of those freeze-dried berries.
The Base: Pour your blueberry juice until the glass is about ¾ full.
The Swirl: Gently float the coconut milk on top.
The Magic: Stir softly and watch that gorgeous, creamy purple ombre happen.
✨ The Verdict
First sip... and WOW. The coconut milk adds a silky richness that balances the bright, zesty juice perfectly. Plus, those berries soften into tiny flavor bombs. It’s essentially a blueberry smoothie and a gourmet refresher had a baby. 🤯

Spiced Molasses Hot Chocolate

Ingredients

3 cups milk
85 g good-quality dark chocolate (about 3 oz), chopped
2 tablespoons fancy molasses
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Pinch ground nutmeg
1/2 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
cinnamon sticks (optional)

In saucepan, heat milk over medium heat just until steaming and bubbles form around edge; whisk in chocolate, molasses, ground cinnamon and nutmeg until smooth.
Pour into 4 heatproof mugs; top with marshmallows and cinnamon sticks (if using).
