☀️ Summer Reminder from Jasper Food Recovery ❤️‍🩹

As summer arrives, our community changes in a big way! With more visitors in town, more seasonal workers, and more local families accessing the program, the demand on our food recovery fridge increases significantly.

To help ensure everyone has access to fresh food, we kindly ask shoppers to:

🛍️ Fill one small shopping bag per visit

🤝 Be mindful that others will be visiting the fridge after you

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Shop for yourself and your immediate family

💚 Encourage friends, neighbours, and coworkers to visit the fridge themselves if they need support 💕

The goal of Jasper Food Recovery is to reduce food waste while helping as many people in our community as possible. A little consideration from each of us helps keep the program fair, sustainable, and welcoming for everyone. 🤗

We rely on our community to use the program respectfully so it can continue serving as many people as possible. Thank you for helping us ensure that food is shared fairly, thoughtfully, and with kindness.

⚠️Santa’s Anonymous – Community Help Needed ⚠️

We’re reaching out with the hope that this was simply an honest mix-up.

On Saturday around 3:30 PM, a generous community member donated a child’s ski helmet and a pair of higher-end gloves to our Santa’s Anonymous donation box located in the Activity Center. Unfortunately, these items are now missing.

If you may have picked them up by mistake, we kindly ask that they be returned within the next 24 hours. These items were donated specifically for a child in our community and would make a big difference this holiday season.

No questions asked! We truly believe this may have been an accident.
Please return the items to the Activity Centre Front Desk or message us directly if that’s easier 403 998 3455
