🥩 PLEASE SHARE 🥩
————————————
To Our Valued Customers,
We wanted to take a moment to share a little insight into how our meat-cutting process works here at MB Meat Company. To do that, we first need to tell you a bit about life over at the M5 Cattle Company.
For the past two years, M5 has retained every calf born on the ranch rather than selling them, as is common practice on many cattle operations. Calving happens just once a year, and holding back those animals was an important part of ensuring we would have a steady supply of ranch-raised beef straight from M5, directly to MB.
What we didn't fully account for was all of you! ♥️
The support from our community has been nothing short of incredible. You have embraced our little butcher shop far beyond our expectations, and you've been purchasing our beef faster than we can put it on the shelves. As a result, we need a little time to catch up!
Could we have controlled how much product we put out at once? Yes.
Were we so excited by your enthusiasm that we filled the coolers a little too aggressively? Also yes.
Any regrets? Not a chance.
Please know this is not a complaint—in fact, it's quite the opposite. We are grateful beyond words for the support you've shown us. Without you, there is no MB Meat Company. Every purchase, every kind word, every recommendation to a friend has helped make this dream a reality, and for that we sincerely thank you.
✨✨To allow us time to rebuild our inventory, and ensure our display cases are well stocked for the weekend and the busy days ahead, our revised store hours FOR THIS WEEK ONLY will be:✨✨
TUESDAY MAY 26TH: CLOSED
WEDNESDAY MAY 27TH: CLOSED
THURSDAY MAY 28TH: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
FRIDAY MAY 29TH: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

✨✨✨✨✨
At MB Meat Company, quality will always come before quantity. If that means closing our doors for a few days to ensure we're putting the very best product in your hands, then that's exactly what we'll do. We refuse to compromise our standards simply to keep the shelves full or make a quick dollar.
Our name and our brand will never be attached to just any side of beef. Every animal must meet the standards that Jared, The Rancher, worked decades to establish. If it doesn't meet those standards, it won't make it to our display case.
That is our commitment to you. That is our promise. ✨✨✨✨✨
Thank you again for your patience, your support, and for making our opening week more successful than we could have imagined. We look forward to serving you for many years to come.
