The past 99 days have exceeded anything we could have imagined. From the moment we opened the doors at MB Meat Company, every expectation we had was blown out of the water. The demand for our product was greater than we ever anticipated, and we quickly realized we needed to adjust!

We increased our meat intake and started processing more cattle to keep up with demand. But there’s one small problem with that plan - more cows means more cutting, and you can only cut so much beef without more hands behind the butcher block.

So, allow us to introduce you to Spencer Sealy, MB’s newest Butcher 🔪🥩!!
