1) Roasted Oven Dinner: Just sprinkle generously on large chunk or baby veggies and/or a whole chicken/meat roast in a roasting tin. Drizzle with olive oil and a little water or wine. Bake 375*F 60-90 mins. Or sprinkle MWL SpiceBlend on your veggies and dehydrate for RAWsomely tasty treats! (Prima Vera dried zucchini chips are pizza bombs!) Always remember 1 spoonful per serving!
