Made in BC from Heritage Apples
Inspired by Belgian apple jellies and our love of heritage and heirloom plants and fruits, we use heritage varieties of apples grown in BC in our apple preserves. For our jelly, we have sought out apples from old homestead orchards that have harboured rare seed-grown apples for generations and small-scale organic orchards that grow heirloom apples treasured for their distinctive flavours. This year we begin planting our own small-scale orchard in the Westsyde area of Kamloops.
