We’re excited to be at Kamloops Farm 2 Chefs this Sunday for an evening of local cuisine, wine, and live music supporting community food access.

We’ll be serving up our Mt.Dufferin Muffuletta:
- Served on house made focaccia, piled high with house-made Mortadella, Genoa salami, Capicola, and Rosemary Ham, finished with lovage pesto and a pickled jardinere salad made with market vegetables. 🥪

Hi everyone! I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Morgyn, and I’m the Head Butcher here at

I’ve been selected to try out for the Young Butchers Team with as they prepare for the in 2028.

Over the next couple of months you’ll be seeing more of me as I complete a series of skill-based assignments and showcase my craft.

Regardless of the outcome, I’m excited for the challenge and proud to show how far I’ve come in just five years.

Best of luck to everyone throwing their hat in the ring. I can’t wait to see the incredible craftsmanship from butchers across Canada.
