Our Story
Born and raised on a farm, I grew up valuing and appreciating the importance of raising livestock for family consumption. What started out as a healthier way of putting dinner on the table quickly became a serious passion for me. Many of us reminisce of the tastes of our favourite foods, taking us back to our childhood and happy memories spent around the dinner table with family and friends. I have made it my personal goal to do my utmost to bring back those amazing memories and flavours of the past by raising our own chickens, turkeys and lamb the most natural way possible. I believe in raising the best possible quality and tasting chickens, turkeys and lamb, which means allowing nature to do its magic. Our birds are free run, raised in a healthy environment, fed the best quality high protein grains. The results…chickens and turkeys that taste like mom and grandma used to make with the unforgettable aroma - as we remember it on those many summer nights 40 years ago when we were children.
