We have been proudly producing our Little Yard Honey since 2010. Bottled in the late summer, the flavour of our high quality honey expresses the arid climate and vegitation of the Kamloops terra where the North and South Arms of the Thompson Rivers intersect. Our honey is minimally processed - it does include some beeswax and some propolis from our hives. This raw nature of our
