🇬🇷 We’re heading to the 2026 Football BC Provincial Flag Championship! 🏈

The Greek Kouzina Express food truck will be serving at McArthur Island Sports Complex in Kamloops for the U8 to U16 Provincial Flag Championship, happening June 6 and 7, 2026. Football BC lists The Greek Kouzina Express as one of the food trucks on site for the tournament weekend.

Part Time Front of House
Part Time Dishwasher
Part Time Line Cook

We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals who take pride in great service, teamwork, and keeping a clean, organized workplace.
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in the hospitality industry

Must be available evenings and weekends

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

Must be dependable and willing to learn

Hospitality experience is required for all positions.

KAMLOOPS… it’s finally happening.

The Greek Kouzina Express officially begins our Soft Opening on Tuesday, February 17.

This phase will be take out only while we fine tune operations, train our team, and make sure everything meets our standards before opening our dining room.

We cannot thank you enough for your patience and support during this journey. The dining room is coming in March, and we cannot wait to welcome you inside.

We are now accepting catering orders and food truck requests through our website.
