Was very happy, lotsa work butttt Italian Napoleon Slice and the textbook signature glaze design was on point. Fond memories of buying them at Swiss Pastries on Victoria Street for our regular festivities..First Communion, Baptism, Grad etc. Glad I nailed it as part of my Dessert Portfolio 🇮🇹❤️💋

Yet another wedding booked for 2027 in june Angemont Inn Shuswap. As the bride ,groom, Mother of the bride enjoyed a sample dinner of the wedding, pasta x 3 Green ( pesto), white ( alfredo sce), Red ( 20 hr Bolognese ,meat sce). Ceasar salad with scratch dressing oh what a hit the dressing. My heart is busting with joy 🇮🇹♥️💋. Nothing Frozen, nothing canned, homemade dinner buns , whipped homemade herbacious butter. Nowwwww dats Amore'🇮🇹❤️

Massive Dolci ensemble awaiting Wedding dessert platter to Shuswap tomorrow morning , Pesche e Limoni with Engagement/Wedding band frosted sugar cookies. Still platter of Crostoli( Italian Bow Ties) theme ? Nahhhh 🤣😜 finally a ginormous platter of Cannoli/ diplomat feeling. Freshly made very meaty, herbacious Bolognese Sugo for My Principesse dinner tonight, penne pasta accompanied by homemade succulent polpette (Meatballs). And insalada with fresh Pomodoro. Although, they asked for homemade gnocchi, ( potato dumplings) . They will never turn down Nonnas famous Penne Pasta/ Polpette ♥️💋🇮🇹🥗

Bomboloni Italian Doughnuts with homemade fragrant Italian Pastry Cream filling, these will resurface when I'm schedualed at Privato June 21st for Fathers Day. Worth the drive up. Heads up to my amazing followers, I will not be at the next 2 markets The Dallas-Barnhartvale Market this Saturday or next Saturday the 20th, due to massive orders for dessert buffets ordered for upcoming Wedding,Celebration of Life,Graduation. But I will absolutely resume Sunday June 21 st Fathers Day at Privato and Back at The Dallas following weekend. If you need anything that you wish to pick up here you know what to do. Sooooo ,I have a wedding Dessert Buffet coming up soon of hundreds of desserts. This unit of regular size hard shell sicillian canoli shells are almost complete.
This ginormous huge shell to fit the cannoli inside is what I am about to attempt on my one day off so I can fit the regulars inside.
Love challenges, and this too will be one for the books ta - da.
