Honigmann Apiaries was established in 2007 as soon as our family arrived to Kinston, Ontario. Bees and honey were always our family passion, because you cannot be ignorant if you learn about these amazing creatures! Bees impress you with their complex collective life and communication, reproduction and governance. So many things are done to deliver excellent produts to our customers. Our locally p
roduced honey is great due to the special nature conditions: the combination of soil for wild flowers - we don’t have aggressive agriculture in our area, which means less pectesides around. The second important condition is air humidity for nectar production, that is ideal for rich flow, and seasonal temperatures, which are milder in summer and winter in Kingston area because of the Lake Ontario closeness. This unique combination of enviromental components helps us to get the best quality product. We belive in sustainable business and care of our bees trying to educate people about the bees crucial role in our enviroment and food cycle for humanity.
