Meet Tania Lettrari — the steady hand behind the scenes helping keep everything running smoothly at Kaslo Sourdough. 💛🍝
As our Sales & Marketing Manager, Tania supports a wide range of daily operations, from coordinating orders and overseeing shipping to assisting with sales, promotions, and office organization. Her experience, adaptability, and attention to detail make her an essential part of the team.
Born and raised right here in Kaslo, BC, Tania graduated in 1997 and headed to Alberta to build a career in hotel and restaurant management, spending seven years with CP/Fairmont Hotels. She returned home in 2005 and soon joined the local newspaper Pennywise, where she gained more experience in sales, marketing, editing, and accounting.
She has served her community as both a paramedic and a volunteer firefighter — and it was at the local ambulance station that she met her husband Stefan, who is Production Manager at Kaslo Sourdough. The two married in 2017 and have built a full and rooted life together, raising four children: Nick, Sofie, Katie, and Ahren.
Tania joined the Kaslo Sourdough team in 2018 and continues to play a key role in supporting and growing our operations. When she’s not at work, you will see her spending time outdoors with her family & friends: hiking, camping, and gardening.
Her favourite pasta? Classic Linguine — often served in a simple garden stir fry with beef strips for a quick and satisfying family meal. 🍝✨
