Our zingy Sunflower Mushroom Patty with Lemon Basil Aioli and Crabapple Red Onion Relish (made with crabapples from the tree beside the Kitchen) on our fabulous Parmesan Chive Buttermilk Biscuit (GF option available also house made), with sliced pickles, house made sourkraut and fresh romaine lettuce 🙌

PLUS in their fine cafe in Nelson you can find our Spanakopita, our Chickpea Yam Curry Triangles baked fresh daily (they call them Superfood Triangles), AND in their sweets display you will find our Raspberry Glacier Bars, and our Turtle Brownies!!

Biscuits & Jam Musical Brunch featuring Roots & River yesterday was a total delight!

It was Mother’s Day, and I feel so lucky I got share the day with my boys Gwyn and Elliott - they rocked the Kitchen! a real dream team, with my dear friend Jessica helping with front of house and then also playing cello on stage! Plus my boys both helped finish landscaping on the stage area, along with my sweetheart James and my neighbour Perry, right on time for Biscuits & Jam to launch its second season - on stage! It’s a dream coming true and I’m so grateful!

We have nine Biscuits & Jam events scheduled on Sundays from May through to the first weekend of Sept. Our next world class performer is Electro Jacques Therapy, Sunday June 7. More details coming soon!

Please join us for the first Biscuits & Jam Musical Brunch of the season, featuring Roots & River duo from Grand Forks!*

Roots & River is: Vanya Popov, keyboard, and Leeza LeClair, violin, with a repertoire that includes Doukhobor folk music. These two are both music teachers, and I'm sure they will bring some excellent audience participation to the 'Jam' portion of the event!

Plus! The special brunch menu will feature trad Doukhobor recipes!

Plus! It's Mother's Day: bring Moms!
