A little behind the scenes at Purely Chocolate! 🍯🍫

Today we’re testing our chocolate-covered honeycomb process with honeycomb from Kawartha Lakes Honey and our bean-to-bar dark chocolate. We’re working out how to drain, coat and set each piece before the finished batch is ready.

The kitchen smells incredible. We’ll share the results soon!
