ZoGood Snacks isn’t just about what’s in the jar—it’s about the moments you create around the table.

This brand started with my Nana’s recipes and my love for food, and now, I want to share that with all of you. As I step back into this space, my focus is on building a community that loves good food, nostalgia, and meaningful connections.

Before I get back into the kitchen, I want to take the time to share, connect, and grow—creating a space that feels like home. My goal? To make ZoGood Snacks a staple in people’s cupboards—something you reach for when entertaining friends, gathering with family, or just craving something made with love.

July 26, 1990. I was 9 years old, sitting in Vernon Jubilee Hospital with my Nana, waiting for my cousin Ginny Mae to be born. We had driven over two hours from Celista just to be there. That summer, like so many others, it was just Nana and me.

My mom would drop me off at my grandparents’ house, and for weeks, I got my Nana all to myself. We spent our days in the kitchen—gardening, baking, making nuts and bolts and antipasto. She was tough, old-school, and full of wisdom. I had to follow the rules, but I learned so much from her.

ZoGood Snacks is more than just a business. It’s my way of keeping those memories alive, sharing a piece of my childhood, and bringing that same warmth and nostalgia to others. Because food isn’t just food—it’s connection, tradition, and love.

It’s been a while, but I wanted to take a moment to reintroduce myself and share where ZoGood Snacks comes from.

This all started with my Nana. She was tough around the edges—the kind of woman who made sure you followed the rules—but she also taught me everything I know about food. Summers in Celista were spent in her kitchen, where we’d garden, bake, and make nuts and bolts and antipasto. Looking back, those summers were the best part of my childhood.

Fast forward to 2020: I moved to West Kelowna, took a leap of faith, and let my mind wander back to those memories. I started sketching ideas in a notebook, not knowing they’d one day turn into ZoGood Snacks.

Then, life threw me a curveball. After my car accident in 2022, everything paused. And now, as I slowly step back into this space, I just want to start by saying hello. I’m here to share my story, connect with like-minded people, and build a community rooted in good food and even better memories.

If you’re here, I’m so glad. Let’s create something beautiful together.
